Our fully comprehensive Rent to Rent course gives you all the information you needed to replace your income within 3 – 6 months (12 months maximum), with the option to only spend 30 – 60 minutes a day working on your business if that's what you choose to do!
The Kendall Bailey Mastermind Programme has been specifically designed to take you from where you are today, to exactly where you want to be in 12 months time. You will meet with Katrina and the other Mastermind Members on a monthly basis (either in person or via Zoom) and will have 1:1 support from Katrina whenever you need it throughout your 12 month Mastermind Programme.
Within 6 months of implementing rent to rent, Katrina had replaced her full-time income, purchased her dream car, moved the company into City Centre offices and started to build her team – ready to create a business that gave her complete time & financial freedom.
Kendall Bailey is now a hands free company, managed by the Company Manager, Mathew Trolle, who has over 10 years’ experience in Management Consultancy and had tripled the size of Kendall Bailey within 12 months of joining the company.
Katrina is an experienced, award-winning Marketing and Sales Manager, and her talent for keeping things simple will transfer to making your business as easy to build and as lucrative as possible. Katrina has been interviewed for multiple property publications, and was the winner of Progressive Property ‘ VIP Investor of the Year’ award.
Rent to Rent has enabled Katrina to go from a standing start with zero capital, to turning over £90,000+ pcm with over 200 tenants/rooms. Katrina also purchases property and has been building her Asset Portfolio of HMO's for 5 years alongside Kendall Bailey, the Rent to Rent company. In under 6 years, Katrina's property portfolio and businesses have become a million-pound group of companies.

The Kendall Bailey rent to rent Mastermind will be held once a month either in person in York or via Zoom. The date each month will be confirmed upon your Mastermind Programme Registration.

An entire ‘Access All Areas’ day with Katrina & the team at Kendall Bailey HQ.
A monthly Mastermind meeting with Katrina, Mathew and the other attendees.
Accountability, goal setting, inspiration, further education, motivation and support throughout your rent to rent journey.
ALL your questions will be answered. Even the ones you didn’t know you had!
Telephone and email support with Katrina and Mathew, from Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 16:00 (or out of hours if it’s urgent. We won’t leave you hanging!)
An annual Awards evening to celebrate and congratulate everyone on their progress, achievements and wins!
The opportunity to build relationships with other people on the same journey as you, to learn from their wins or challenges, and to be part of a powerful support network.
An hourly group skype call each month for any questions or things that have arisen since the last mastermind. This call is held two weeks after each mastermind day to keep your contact and support frequent and consistent.
